Warehouse Operative Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and communicate the work schedule for the day for the warehouse team, overseeing work to ensure all tasks and orders are met.
- Liaise with the wider Invivo teams and prioritise the warehouse workloads accordingly to adapt to changing circumstances and to run as efficiently as possible.
- Accurately pick, pack and process customer orders, ensuring they look presentable and are safe and appropriate for the onward journey.
- Making up clinical test kits and booking them into stock ensuring there is always appropriate supply to meet the customer demand.
- Receiving, checking and packing away incoming stock orders, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Ensuring that all orders are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.
- Carrying out stock takes on a timely basis and investigate any discrepancies, including updating on slow moving items, stock levels and storage problems
- Deliver any other ad hoc activity as requested and in a timely manner

**We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following**:

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good initiative, well organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Flexibility in terms to approach to workload and to help others wherever is needed
- A good communicator and great team player
- Numerate and computer literate - with experience in using Microsoft Office e.g. Teams and Excel.
- A self-starter and motivated when working alone

**Previous experience in the following are also key to this role**:

- A good general education
- Warehouse experience (including packing pallets)
- Acting in a supervisory capacity
- Experience with 3PL is desirable but not essential
