Field service solutions are fast being recognised nationwide as one of the leading companies that provide service solutions within the field service Based from our office in Bury - The role of the Service Scheduler is to plan and manage the day to day running of the team of employed service engineers which also means being the face and voice of the company to all of our customers. The role - Schedule day to day activities of a growing service team. - Lead effective and efficient communication with our partners and customers - Identify and propose better ways of working - Manage and escalate day to day priorities and issues in an "on the front foot" manner. - Be the champion, advocate and voice of policies and processes both internal and external. - Carry out administrative work for service and support team. - Keep training up to date for engineers. - Ensure appropriate documentation and completion of allocated jobs. - Plan work around engineer’s holidays, appointments etc. - Liaise with customers. Experiences - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft products - Demonstratable experience in managing and directing a workforce. - Excellent geographical knowledge. - Absolute focus on customer service and exceeding the demands of the customer. - Ability to build rapport with customers and service team. - Promotes a proactive learning culture within the team and wider business. - Able to make quick decisions - Dealing directly with customers.
