We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Therapist to lead our Spa & Wellness team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled therapist with leadership qualities to step into a senior role, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the spa treatment areas and ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering a wide range of treatments to the highest professional standard
- Leading, motivating, and developing a small team of therapists
- Overseeing treatment schedules, rotas, and daily operations
- Ensuring all therapists follow brand and treatment protocols consistently
- Supporting with recruitment, training, and performance reviews
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation within treatment rooms
- Assisting with stock control and product ordering
- Driving retail sales and upselling treatments/packages to maximise revenue
- Acting as a role model in customer service, professionalism, and wellbeing

**About You**:

- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Spa/Beauty Therapist (previous supervisory or leadership experience desirable)
- Confident in delivering a wide range of face, body, and holistic treatments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A team player with the ability to inspire and support colleagues
- Passionate about wellness, customer care, and continuous development
