Full time - Permanent - 42.5hrs per week

Including Company vehicle and fuel card plus overtime/callout premiums

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as a Multi Skilled Operative. Based in Milton Keynes. We are offering a salary of up to £28,000 plus great company benefits which include fun days paid for by the company, discounts on high street shopping and online retailers, health insurance and much more

You will primarily be working on individual jobs going from job to job to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.

What the role Involves
- Going from job to job ensuring a high level of service is given to clients
- Joinery jobs to complete
- May be required to do plumbing, tiling, decorating, fencing and bricklaying jobs

About you

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative who has Joinery as a core trade. You will need to also have experience with plumbing, tiling, decorating, fencing and bricklaying. It is essential to have a full UK driving license and be a strong team player.
- Joinery as a core trade with experience in plumbing, tiling, decorating, fencing and bricklaying
- Social housing background
- Team player
- Excellent customer service
- Trade qualifications or extensive on the job experience
- Full UK driving license
