**Project Engineer**

**£18,000 - £26,000 DoE**

**Gloucester / Hybrid**

An award-winning, managed service provider, working with the latest Microsoft hardware and software solutions is looking for a Junior Project Engineer.

Our client is a forward-thinking, customer-centric business, that goes above and beyond to provide solutions to small and medium-sized companies across the UK.

The position of Junior Project Engineer is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to work for an established business, that prides themselves on the customer service they provide to their customers.

Junior or experienced Project Engineers will be considered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide project delivery services for customers both on and off-site
- Microsoft Active Directory work, domain roles, promote/demote domain controllers, AD upgrades both on-premises and Azure Cloud Servers
- Microsoft Operating system new builds, rebuilds, troubleshooting Hosted & Physical Servers/desktop/laptops issues and installed or new hardware
- Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines, VPN Gateways, Site Recovery, Cloud Backup, SQL Services
- Network Configuration (Routers/Firewalls & Switches)

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Innovative, flexible, and energetic
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to problem solve and explain things clearly to non-technical people
- Outstanding customer service focus
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to travel to sites around the UK (Full driving License required)
