Our Operations Team is responsible for the fulfilment of orders for direct-to-consumer and business-to-business markets and we’re looking for a new Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of regular administration tasks and other processes to help us deliver the best possible service to our customers and the wider business.

Your role will include:

- Understanding and practicing fulfilment requirements of our Key Wholesale Accounts including supplier portals, delivery terms, compliance & quality assurance
- Assisting and supporting the Operations and Warehouse Team in routine tasks and one-off/ongoing projects
- Taking ownership of administrative activities for Operations; organising transport, drivers and booking deliveries.
- Take ownership of procedural activities for logistics; QC checks, process documentation and review
- Possess proven administration experience with a good level of computer literacy
- Be intuitive, organised and to manage their own time and prioritise effectively
- Be process-driven with a keen eye for detail
- Be able to work in an office full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Be Microsoft Office proficient and possess PC skills for digital order processing & distribution
- Understanding of order fulfilment and warehousing is essential.
