Installs Builder

**Installs Builder** required to join our **PH Jones** Social Housing team in **Wandsworth**, covering **Battersea, Morden** and **Tooting.**
- **_£29,120.00 per annum_**:

- Permanent 40 hours
- Monday - Friday rota
- Fully Costed Van & Fuel Card

As a vital part of our installations team, our Install Builder will be expected to carry out and provide repairs and maintenance to support our current install program

Works and Duties will include:

- Removal/Replacement of boxing in and around appliances
- Making good in and around flues and air vents etc
- Kitchen unit removal, including making access for pipework behind.
- General carpentry
- Reinforcing walls for radiators
- Tiling
- General building and maintenance works

The successful Builder will be able to complete all their works in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulations and legislation, with customer and client satisfaction being of the highest priority.

Maintaining knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to **PH Jones** and **British Gas** standards.
- Must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Must hold a valid right to work in the UK
- Must hold a work at height certificate i.e. Tetra, Pasma - Scaffold, Mobile platform
- Must be confident and have good written and verbal communication skills
