Being part of the PGL team is challenging, rewarding, exhilarating and fun

The Adventure UK department are responsible for all School & Group bookings travelling to our UK activity centres. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Advisors, who’s key purpose is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable pre-travel experience for all customers.

You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a highly performing and engaged team. Setting clear direction by communicating performance against objectives and motivating the team to achieve set targets.

Prior experience in customer service is essential. Leadership experience is desirable, but not essential.
