Construction Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to project status, changes, and outcomes.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and resources needed for construction activities.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a construction coordination role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software is essential for effective project planning and execution.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles is advantageous.
Pay: £40,356.08-£55,030.26 per year
