**Who we need**
Our Learning Development Manager is looking for an experienced individual who wants to focus on delivery of the level 4 Data Analysis Apprenticeship programme.
Equally importantly, you will align beautifully with our organisational values, which were defined by our people for our people, clients, learners and partners:
**What you'll do**
- Carry out high quality facilitation, mentoring, and coaching to individuals and groups, as required
- Deliver outstanding teaching of data analysis and data science including data cleansing, automation, software engineering architectures and design patterns, database systems, ETL, SQL, NoSQL, Statistical and mathematical models and methods including Regression, Classification, Text analytics, Clustering, and Time series forecasting
- Contribute to improvements to the Scheme of Work, Lesson Plans, teaching and learning materials and resources to meet the qualification requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of learning and provide feedback to learners

**What we're looking for**
- Experience managing teams of analysts and delivering data science projects at scale
- Experience using data science to inform or improve business outcomes or evaluate emerging trends and new approaches using models, statistical testing to validate, and creative storytelling.
- Industry experience of data ethics, compliance, data governance, and software development standards including security, accessibility, code quality, and versioncontrol.
- Expert in coding languages for data science and analytics (Preferably Python)
- Expert in database systems and writing SQL queries (DML, Conditional Statements, Loops, DDL)
- Expertise in Visualising data in Excel and PowerBI
- Degree, or proven extensive experience, in maths, data science, or covering skills sets above
- A recognised teaching qualification, or a commitment to achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Education and Training (DET)
