**Responsibilities**:

- Work in a Welsh-medium Secondary School.
- Supervise pupils in the teachers absence
- Develop experience as a Fluent Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor
- Help students develop social skills, critical thinking skills, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ensure a safe classroom environment.
- Help students learn from both their successes and their mistakes.
- Identify at-risk students and develop an action plan to help them succeed.
- Learn about school curriculum, classroom management techniques, and parenting skills.
- Update lesson plans to match the shifting needs of each class.

- A competitive pay rate of £85-100 per day
- Working 60% - 100% of the week
