Can you demonstrate that you have a background in taking responsibility for assigning engineers’ schedules and dealing with clients and suppliers? Or if you haven't got the experience, are you a recent graduate looking to start a career in this field?

**The Role**:
In the Service Co-Ordinator role, you'll report to Service Management and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure a high standard of customer service is always delivered, supporting the delivery of business objectives.

This position is based in the company's head office in Surrey, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.

To be the right person for this Service Co-Ordinator role you will need direct experience of taking responsibility for planning engineers’ schedules/jobs, dealing with clients as well as liaising with suppliers in order to source and arrange parts.

We also need you to have prior experience of working in a customer service role, answering general enquiries, and liaising with different service departments.

If you've got experience of Data Entry and administration duties.

It's important that you have excellent customer-facing and communication skills and experience of being in a similar role.

**The Package**:
The basic salary for the Service Co-Ordinator role is up to £30,000 per annum.

You'll also receive other benefits which include the following:

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday off
- 15 days sick pay per year
- Bonus scheme - both company and individual performance
- Health screening after 5 years service
