Breakfast Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Breakfast Supervisor**to join our team at Caer Rhun Hall, a stunning country house hotel set in the heart of the Conwy Valley working Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

As Breakfast Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests start their day in the best possible way - with a warm welcome, exceptional service, and a high-quality breakfast experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the breakfast team to deliver outstanding service.
- Early Duty Manager shifts
- Ensuring breakfast is served efficiently, presented to a high standard, and in line with guest expectations.
- Taking responsibility for stock control, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.
- Training, motivating, and supporting the team to create a positive and productive working environment.
- Handling guest requests and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality (desirable).
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
- A team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
