**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Handle a wide variety of claims**, from straightforward to complex, ensuring fast and fair resolutions.
- **Meet key performance targets**, keeping claims progressing smoothly while managing your own workload.
- **Process invoices, approve estimates**, and issue interim fees, all within tight deadlines.
- **Work with clients and customers**, providing proactive updates and maintaining excellent relationships.
- **Detect potential fraud and recoveries**, referring these cases appropriately to ensure clients are protected.
- **Deliver reports and documentation** in line with service standards, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience** as a Property Loss Adjuster, with expertise in both Domestic and Commercial claims.
- A strong background in **organising and managing your workload** independently.
- **Attention to detail** and a natural analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent **communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- **Flexibility and adaptability** to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- The ability to work under pressure and **meet deadlines** without compromising on quality.
- **Willingness to travel** nationally with occasional overnight stays.
- **Availability for out-of-hours duties** on a rota basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
