In this role, you’ll work towards your Digital Marketing Level 3 qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Responsible for responding to customer enquiries online and social media including comments on posts.
- Use digital marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Moz, Volcanic.
- Writing and regular website content (blogs) and using their established list of SEO keywords to optimise the content before publishing on their website.
- Support in creating plans and briefs by being involved in meetings to collectively decide on the success metrics of each month. There is a departmental marketing meeting weekly and a Director overview meeting monthly. You will report to the meeting monthly which includes directors.
- LinkedIn campaigns for each business unit Recruitment / Health / Germany every month.
- Website content SEO projects and writing blog content etc to increase organic traffic
- Internal Recruitment campaigns using our internal dedicated social channels - Facebook and Instagram

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- Salary - £13,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- 1 Day extra holiday after a year
- Opportunity to go on holiday every 3 months - Quarterly Review Trip - City Break or abroad

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Have an understanding of the broader marketing role and have completed courses in their own time such as Google Analytics or Hubspot courses.
- Motivated and Enthusiastic
- Good people person and social skills
- Ability to summarise content
- Passionate about videos
- Creative mindset
- Grade 4/C in Maths and English or Functional Skills Level 2
