The business is going through an exciting time of growth, they focus on providing a best in class service totheir clients. This role will work closely with Property Director and will manage a small team

Responsibilities will include
- Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Finalising, analysing and publishing timely performance monthly financial statements
- Controlling positional metrics including arrears and accruals and preparation of detailed cashflow forecasts
- Overseeing month-end and year-end close process
- Coordinating tax compliance with external tax accountants
- Review of VAT returns
- Overseeing revenue recognition processes
- Review of payment runs and robust oversight of transactions
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Overseeing service charge budget preparation and billing to leaseholders
- Liaising with external accountants around service charge accounts preparation
- Financial onboarding of new assets
