**About you**
- Have relevant skills, experience and qualification(s).
- Have experience Supervising multi-disciplined trade teams.
- Be able to produce data to manage effective delivery and performance.
- Have a tenant focussed approach.
- Have experience of independent working and working as part of a team.
- Ability to engage both workforce, customers and external contractors and develop strong relationships.
- Be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible, committed to working as part of a team and is able to work to tight deadlines.
- Hold a Full UK Driver’s Licence.
**What you’ll do**
- This position has responsibility for ensuring that your Team are delivering excellent customer receives and excellent quality of work in their respective work stream.
- Provide your teams the support and direction they require whilst empowering them to make decisions in a safe environment.
**What you’ll be responsible for **
- Ensuring your team are aware of the relevant strategies and policies and are implementing the associated procedures.
- Ensuring that your work stream represents good value for money.
- Ensuring that the Line Manager is appropriately informed and advised of the activities of your Team.
- Being accountable for the performance of your Team including contractors in respect of service delivery, financial control and other responsibilities to relevant stakeholders.
- To manage and implement all Health and Safety policies and procedures to all Trivallis staff and contractors and keeping abreast current and new legislations which also includes training as required.
- To write and review risk assessment process and contribute to continually improving the organisational procedures / performance.
- Undertake 1-2-1 (My Plan), tool-box talks and team meetings to manage performance and staff output and ensure the competence of employees under your direct management.
- Monitor and respond appropriately to issues of productivity, quality, sickness and absenteeism.
- To undertake self-assessment of works as required providing relevant SOR’s/Materials and schedule of works.
