**The job in a nutshell**

As our Property Administrator you’ll be supporting the Estate Team on a day to day basis, whilst working within the wider Property & Development Team.

**Hours: Monday
- Friday, 9am-5pm.**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage the Inspections inbox and provide timely responses to all communications from landlords and agents.
- Supporting with the Estates inbox with general queries and collating and issuing of information to landlords.
- Update and manage the internal Property Database, including adding new sites and new users. Ensuring accurate and up to date data is maintained.
- Liaise and update relevant stakeholders on new hotel information, following processes and taking responsibility for the correct storage of documentation.
- Raising invoices for subtenant recharges of insurance and service charges.
- Supporting the Health and Safety team with sublet health and safety audits
- Proving excel support to the Estates Team, running reports and data comparisons.
- Book travel requirements and accommodation, as required, for the Estate team
- Attend various monthly team meetings, coordinate any minutes or actions and circulate documentation to the team
- Support the Head of Estates with administrative duties as required; (eg writing letters, taking minutes on conference calls, agendas, printing and any po_stage needs)_
- _Provide support for the Estate team, as required_
- _Maintain both internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and functions within the business, including external suppliers and contractors, providing regular updates on queries and concerns_

**What we’ll expect from you**
- Strong administration experience.
- Effective communicator both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a professional persona and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Previous experience working in a Property Environment would be a bonus.
