**ARE YOU A TEAM LEADER, MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR WITH A PLASTIC INJECTION MOULD BACKGROUND?**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturer who have recently invested heavily on machinery within their facility. They are offering a very generous package to attract top talent from an plastic injection moulding background to lead a small but growing team.

On a day to day basis, you will coordinate and manage the injection moulding department of a plastic manufacturing facility. This is a HANDS ON position and the role will involve starting up, setting and operating injection moulding machines. You will work to bespoke customer specification to manufacture a wide range of products. You will work with a range of plastic raw materials, calibrate machines to be fit for purpose and quality check products to specification. You will work to H&S initiatives at all times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including production schedules, machine maintenance logs, and quality control reports. Train and supervise production personnel to ensure that they understand and comply with established procedures and protocols As part of your role, you will be tasked with reducing waste/scrap where possible.

**Injection Mould Shop Supervisor**

*Must have plastic injection mould/ PVC experience

*Will ideally have supervisory experience

*Must be willing to be hands on in your role with injection moulding operating and setting

*Must be experienced with tool changes, basic machine maintenance

*Will have experience of controlling production processes and quality checking of parts

*Monday to Thursday. 12 Hour Shifts. 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00 Weekly Rotating
