**Senior Technical Coordinator**

**£65,000 - £75,000**

**Residential developer**

I am currently looking for a Senior Technical Coordinator for large residential schemes in Berkshire, The Senior technical coordinator would be working on a large 12 storey residential scheme which is due to complete later this year and then move on to a300-unit residential scheme which the senior technical coordinator would look after in its entirety. The senior technical coordinator should have a good well-rounded knowledge of residential projects through all stages of Riba. The developer has a strong pipelineof work and are a renowned name in the residential market.

**Requirements**:
Thorough with a pro-active management style

Ability to prioritise as appropriate, motivate and communicate to influence others to ensure that the required objectives are met

Leadership skills including being decisive, flexible, good time management, organised, effective, works well under pressure and to strict deadlines

Experience and understanding of maintaining technical schedules

Ability to review drawings and identify buildability and technical issues

Project and process management

Problem solving and decision making

Design delivery and assessing risks

Effective communication with all levels of management and project teams, both internal and external to the Company

Ability to coach and train junior and new team members in technical processes and procedures

Passionate about customer satisfaction, house building and construction, with a focus on high standards and excellence.

Knowledge and understanding of regeneration in mixed tenure developments

Written and verbal communication skills

**Deliverables**

Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget

Technical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design

Assisting with reviewing of consultant’s detail design drawings and subcontractor designs

Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard

Ensuring that designs comply with Company’s standards

Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints
