**Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Local Business Development Manager to join the Listers Audi Brand, covering both Worcestershire and the Stratford upon Avon areas. The hours of work are 08:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.

As a Listers Local Business Development Manager you are responsible for managing your own area of influence to source and develop sustainable Local Business sales opportunities in line with the Audi Brand Objectives.

You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, whilst planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Identifying and targeting new customers through a planned, diligent and measured prospecting process
- To create and implement direct marketing initiatives to inspire and create prospect and existing customer interaction
- Managing and influencing existing customers identifying business growth opportunities for both sales and aftersales
- Prepare and manage your fleet database and management reports in accordance with the business and brands requirements for updates and review purposes
- Building lasting and valued customer, supplying partner and team relationships

**About you**
- Have a keen awareness of the small business and fleet sectors, and the Business to Business market place.
- You will be confident in discussing and identifying individual / company requirements.
- Have an outstanding record of sales achievement.
- Highly organised to ensure that all company, manufacturer and finance house paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
- You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
