We are seeking a **talented Mixologist** to join our team, someone with a passion for cocktail artistry, exceptional customer service, and the ability to create bespoke drinks that leave a lasting impression.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Mixologist**, you will be responsible for **curating, crafting, and presenting innovative and classic cocktails** with precision and flair. You will bring creativity to our drinks menu, ensuring our guests experience a **high-end, immersive bar experience** that perfectly complements our venue’s luxury atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cocktail Creation & Menu Development**: Design and craft unique, high-quality cocktails, enhancing our signature drinks menu with seasonal and innovative offerings.
- **Guest Experience**: Deliver an exceptional bar experience, providing recommendations, personalizing drinks, and engaging with guests in a warm, professional manner.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and mixers, ensuring perfect pairings and ingredient combinations.
- **Bar Operations**: Oversee bar prep, stock levels, and service efficiency, ensuring a smooth and well-organized operation.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain the highest standards in drink presentation, taste, and consistency.
- **Training & Team Support**: Assist in training bar staff in mixology techniques, service standards, and customer engagement.
- **Hygiene & Compliance**: Ensure all health, safety, and licensing regulations are strictly followed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Mixologist / Head Bartender** in a **high-end, late-night venue, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar**.
- Expertise in **classic cocktails, innovative mixology techniques, and premium spirits**.
- Strong knowledge of **flavor profiles, ingredient pairings, and drink presentation**.
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced, high-energy** environment.
- Excellent **customer service, communication, and storytelling skills** to engage guests.
- A passion for **creativity, innovation, and pushing mixology boundaries**.
- Knowledge of stock control, bar equipment, and hygiene standards.
