**Responsibilities**:
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Be adaptable and be able to turn your hand to all areas of property renovation
- Operate plant machinery effectively and safely
- Use of both hand and power tools
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
**Experience**:
- Driving licence and own transport is essential
- Health and Safety experience in a similar role
- Experience in the use and maintenance of excavators and other plant
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team as well as be comfortable working alone and using your own initiative
- Knowledge of both hand and power tools and equipment
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our property renovation projects. You will work to complete assigned duties efficiently and safely. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have previous plant experience as well as enjoy working with their hands and are looking for a new opportunity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18.00 per hour
Hours: No less than 37.5 per week
Minimum working time: 8AM - 4PM Monday through Friday
