As a Front of House Staff Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every visitor feels valued and has a memorable experience. Whether you’re greeting guests, assisting with their needs, or ensuring smooth operations, you’ll help create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and ensure seating arrangements are smooth
- Answer inquiries about the menu, services, and general information
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction at all times
- Handle payments and transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless experience
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Uphold the company’s standards for service, appearance, and hygiene

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a strong passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred but not required)
