**Key Responsibilities of a Property Management Team Leader**:

- Manage and resolve first-stage complaints.
- Implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new business.
- Assist with the recruitment process for the property management team.
- Identify, report, and escalate potential serious complaints.
- Motivate your team by providing a positive working environment.
- Carry out monthly 1-2-1’s
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and set development plans for property managers.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Extensive experience within residential property management in a senior capacity
- ARLA qualified
- Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and problem solving.
- Exceptional organisational verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to multitask by employing effective time management strategies.
