Location: You can be partly remote however at times will need to be in Bristol, Chippenham or Newport. You can be full time office based if you prefer.

**Job Summary**:
We have a fantastic opportunity available; the Director is looking for a right-hand person to assist with the day-to-day running of many different companies under the Boyce umbrella and wider team.

The position would suit a highly proactive assistant who is flexible, extremely reliable with excellent organisational skills, and has proven experience operating in a very fast-moving professional services business.

**Company**:
Boyce Group only develops and manages property that the group owns. We have circa 500,000 sq ft of real estate.

Along with property development and management we have the following subsidiaries:
Nap - Serviced accommodation provider in central Bristol

Beacon Lily - Residential and commercial lettings and management

Studio Gallagher - High-end bespoke joinery company in Stroud

Kingsway - Managing the compliance and daily operations of a large shopping centre in Newport

Nonsuch Estate - A boutique hotel on a country estate that is currently in development - Chippenham

Boxb - A dark kitchen provider with two locations in Bristol

We operate a maintenance team that covers most reactive and planning maintenance throughout the group. On the development side of the company, we operate several construction sites at any one time and take reasonability for the recruitment and management of the construction staff along with procuring all the required materials.

We are exploring opening a large soft play centre and music university in Newport.

**Boyce Group operates in the following sectors**:

- Serviced Accommodation, Construction, Architecture, Student Lets, Professional Lets, Commercial Property, High-end Bespoke Furniture, Finance, Property Acquisition and Investment

**Principle Responsibilities**:

- Full support to the Director
- Procurement of building materials and soft furnishings
- Streamlining company logistics
- Recruiting construction workers

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Process receipts and general expenses for the Director
- Team Management - Asana & Deputy
- Bookkeeping / Reconciling transactions on Xero
- Tenant viewings & checkouts
- Deal with confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
- Guest relations
- Utility bill management
- On-the-ground assistance at the serviced accommodation, especially during the setting up of new apartments
- Social Media Marketing
- Organise travel and accommodation for the Director and wider team
- Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Director

**Red Flags**
- The role will be demanding with a lot of time critical aspects
- As a growing company we don’t have all the processes in place that a larger more established company would
- You will have to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be okay with picking up and pausing tasks as required
- It is a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts
- Given the nature of property, issues can arise at any time of the day
