**Replenishment Operative Role Overview**
In this role you will be required to complete regular checks to make sure that stock levels are being correctly maintained throughout your shift.You will manage stock management and replenishment to kitting and assembly lines, ensuring that lines are beingkept well stocked and staging areas kept clean and tidy
You will also need to conduct quality checks of ingredients and if ingredients are not suitable please raise this to a Team Leader where appropriate. Lastly you will need to make sure that you are complying to Health and Safety policies and practices foryourself and others around you.
**Replenishment Operative Key Duties**
- Support the Team Leader with the setup of the lines by ensuring that the pick faces are fully stocked.
- Support the Team Leader with end of line clearance at the end of the shift.
- Support with the clean down including cleaning of the work area.
- Encourage and help drive the site’s food safety culture, to help prevent deviation in the process that impacts the safety, quality and legality of our products.
- Understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures which are relevant to both the site and the working environment.
- Any other duties as deemed reasonable by your line manager or senior management to assist with the operation of the business.
