**Job Title: Electrical Installation Assessor / Trainer**

**Hours: Mon to Fri = Full Time**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Hourly rate: £35,000 - £45,000 Depending on experience and qualifications**

Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Cambridgeshire and we're looking for an experienced **Electrical Installation Assessor / Trainer.**

You will be responsible for a caseload of apprentices, where you will coordinate and track the development of their knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout their apprenticeship programmes.

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualified to Level 3 in a Building Services/Heating and Ventilation related discipline.
- A wide range of relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience of training, coaching, mentoring or assessing is desirable; withing an educational or industry setting.
- Good planning, interpersonal and communication skills.

You must have the right to work in the UK as the client does not have the time or funds for sponsorship.

You must have UK experience working within the FE Sector and MUST have a Teaching Qualification.

You must be available to work fulltime and onsite in Cambridgeshire.

** The college **CANNOT offer sponsorship** due to budgets and time restraints.
**One **must have the right to work in the UK** and ideally have a 5 years+ experience and knowledge of UK regulations for your specific trade.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
