Full-time Receptionists

Blue Arrow is in search for experienced Receptionists within the Newcastle under Lyme area. Previous experienced is desirable and ideally if you are bubbly, outgoing and have great people skills then this will be a great role for you.
**What is my pay as a receptionist?**
Starting salary is £21,000 however, depending on the site the salary can be more.
**What are my hours and shift patterns?**
This is a full-time role, depending on the site your start times will differ from 8am/9am and finish times from 4:30pm/5:30pm
**What is my contract?**
You will be working on a temporary basis.
**What are my duties and responsibilities as a receptionist?**
- Greeting visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting mail
- Completing administrative tasks
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Providing customer support when needed

**What skills and attributes do I need to be a successful receptionist?**
- Confident on the phone
- Confident speaking with people face-to-face
- Able to remain professional.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Previous experience is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working within an office environment
