We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Invoicing & Payroll Administrator to join our team located in Harpenden. Our company prides itself on delivering comprehensive back-office services to recruitment agencies of any size and industry. **Skills, knowledge, and experience required**
- Checking all invoices are correct before sending them to clients
- Liaising with the agencies to ensure we have all the necessary information on the system to set up their new placements and subsequently, setting up all new placements prior to invoicing
- Running payroll for PAYE contractors
- Setting up payments on the bank for our agencies
- Uploading client invoices to Invoice Finance and making sure each agency has the necessary funds available to make contractor payments
- Uploading pension reports to the relevant pension provider
- Using Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll
- Reporting directly to the Pay & Bill Manager

**Essential requirements for the role**
- Numeracy skills
- IT literate - Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Extremely strong eye for detail
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Great customer service
- The ability to prioritise urgent tasks and work well under pressure
- Good organisation skills

**Person Specification**
- 2 Years experience In a similar role, using Sage Accounts (or equivalent)
- Some who can work well under pressure and to deadlines when required
- Meticulous and an excellent eye for detail
- Someone who can be analytical and recognise changes In data
- Confidence
- Great customer service skills
- Numerical
- A true team player

**Hours**

Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:30

**Contract Type**

£22,000 - £25,000 pa
