We are currently seeking a resourceful, flexible and highly motivated Technical Services Assistant to join our Technical Services Team.

The shift pattern for this role is 8am to 4.30pm Mon-Wed and 8am to 4pm Thurs-Fri, working 5 days from 7 with one weekend per month.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,053 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £27,053, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- A key member of the team, you’ll carry out a range of maintenance, repair and installation works and minor projects
- Responding quickly to priority tasks, undertaking fault diagnosis and repair ensuring your work is completed swiftly and to the highest standard; always aiming for a first-time fix
- Ensuring that all work complies with the relevant risk assessments, safety legislation, policies and procedures, and all applicable regulations/bylaws, Approved Code of Practices and good practice guidelines
- Completing all relevant documentation such as risk assessments, time sheets accurately, recommending any changes to risk assessments within the specific field of knowledge
- Making sure that our workshops and work areas are free from hazards at all times; proactively identifying and reporting any potential systems within the trades sphere of expertise which would benefit from upgrading
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

- Ideally, you already have a great knowledge of general maintenance, repair and property; you’re keen to learn more and develop your skills
