Our major and rapidly growing Insurance Broking Client is looking to recruit a talented **Insurance Account Manager** to work closely with some of their most prestigious International Clients.

In this exciting role you will engage with your key Clients to manage and co-ordinate all the Insurance services delivered to them across all areas of the Business.

You will develop strong Client and Insurance Market relationships and ensure that client service requirements are fully understood while efficiently liaising with all internal stakeholders.

**Your main responsibilities as Insurance Account Manager will include**:

- Understand your client's business and their Insurance requirements
- Main point of contact with Client, Servicing Teams, Market and Management
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with Clients and Insurance Markets
- Improve the overall Client relationship, delivering reliable Insurance support and service
- Provide clear, accurate, timely and relevant MI to the Client and Servicing Teams
- Ensure all Insurance servicing is delivered and prioritised, invoiced and settled in accordance with contract terms and Clients' expectations
- Attend technical and claim audits when necessary
- Monitoring service experience for Clients, being aware of any anomalies and escalate any concerns and co-ordinate query resolution
- Co-ordinate regular engagements to ensure Client satisfaction
- Work proactively internally to share knowledge to achieve the best results for your clients
