360 crane operator needed - asap start

Full time position

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Monday to Friday morning shift

We are looking for an experienced 360 Material Handler Operator to join our busy team in our scrap metal department at Smethwick area. You will be part of a hardworking team of Ward employees who support in the recycling industry. Reporting to your Line Manager, you will carry out a range of duties across the site.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating crane and other equipment in a safe, competent manner
- Monitor materials and report and non-acceptable material items
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Carry out general yard duties when required

**Skills and Knowledge Required**:

- Experience operating Crane / Material Re-Handler and other equipment in a safe, competent manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Experience operating various other plant and machinery (Beneficial)

**Salary**: £12.72-£13.82 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smethwick, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Crane Operator: 1 year (preferred)
