**Merchandising Admin Assistant**

**(Fixed Term Contract 12-Months)**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

The role of the Merchandising Admin Assistant** **would be to support the team on all processes for development and creation of the assortment based on brand strategy, customer trends and analysis of past launch performances. They would help support the respect of development timelines as well as assist on planning and buying activities.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Continuously collate competitor intel referring to fashion weeks, websites and comp shopping covering pricing, collection structure, new launches, trends, etc.
- Assist on the preparation of the briefs to the design team and its continuous revision based on latest trends and market feedback
- Support the range planning, product lifecycle and the management of continuity performance
- Run weekly reports to facilitate the analysis of product/sales and review performance at option level to suggest trading actions
- Create and maintain key product merch tools and the upload/update of product information on the systems (ie. Collection Overview, Mapping, Price List, Buy Recap, System: ARF and DP upload, pricing)
- Communicate with the regional merchandising, commercial and wholesale teams to capture feedback and identify opportunities
- Support the Digital, Marketing and Press teams with ad hoc product and sample information such as product changes for photoshoots and sample delivery
- Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly Business Review and other ad hoc analysis

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Relevant experience gained in a fashion environment with an understanding of the luxury market
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good analytical skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritisation
- Interest and knowledge of fashion market
- Previous experience with competitor and trend analysis
- Excellent team player, who is able to demonstrate initiative
- Proactive and motivated
- Adaptable to change within fast-paced fashion environment
