Graphic Designer

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and design high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling visual content that supports campaign objectives.
- Utilise Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Sketch to produce innovative designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Create animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enhance digital content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.
- Maintain an organised library of design assets and ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for web-based projects.
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
