**Broker Compliance Administrator - Inchcape Retail Support South West**

**Job Introduction**

As Corporate Compliance Support your role is key ,you work behind the scenes supporting the Corporate Compliance Manager to maintain the Broker Compliance process across the business and achieve an Incredible Customer Experience. You will assist in followinga compliant and robust broker process.

The position of the Broker compliance Support requires the individual to be meticulous with detail, have an ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner.

We will support and develop the individual alongside the compliance team, this important role ensures that both our corporate and retail sales departments adhere to the Broker processes are compliant in line with FCA rules and Inchcape Compliance processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise directly with brokers with regards to the decisions made
- Record and maintain the Approved list with all the relevant stakeholders communicating as appropriate to all relevant parties in a timely manner
- Carry out regular due diligence checks to ensure compliance is being followed
- Review MI to ensure only brokers on the approved list are being used across the company
- Report on issues and concerns that may affect our compliance processes
- Assist/support the Corporate Compliance Manager with Adhoc queries or projects

To be a success in this role, you will have:

- Knowledge of sales process and regulatory compliance desired but training will be given
- Incredible customer service skills
- Self-motivation and highly organised
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Computer literate
