Avanti are currently working with a company based in Reading who are currently looking for a Junior QA Test Engineer to join their team, bringing in their passion for technology and a desire to kickstart their career. The company works in the healthcareindustry and the work you will be doing will have a real life impact on helping people improve their wellbeing.

The Junior QA Testing Engineer initially be focusing on learning the business and how to test the software. Being mentored by an industry expert, you will collaborate with the developers to gain experience on real world systems from the start. Once you’recomfortable, you will learn how to build test automation as part of an in-house training plan that you will craft with your line manager.

The role is paying up to £25,000 including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, NEST Pension, 37.5 hours per week and remote/work from home.

The company pride themselves on continuous learning and development with the CTO still heavily involved in the progression of all members of the team. This will include on the job training as well as putting you through you ISTQB certifications.
