Head Baker

We at Mokoko, based in the South West are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu. We have the position of head baker becoming available at our bakery situated at the beautiful marina in Portishead.

The head baker reports to the store manager and assumes responsibility for the day to day running and operation of the bakery through leading a team of around six other bakers.

We have always been and will continue to be focused on the consistency and quality of our products, keeping things simple and seasonal. The position will suit someone who has experienced working in similar high quality bakeries and has developed their skill set accordingly.

Working patterns are based on a five day, 40-45 hour week starting at 6.30am with no night work.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
