Head of Sales

Our reputable client are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Head of Sales Process for their branch in Bracknell.
The main purpose for this role is to maximise the company sell through rate and value from instruction to sale agreed and to ensure best practise is in place across the business and ensure that company systems and processes are followed to ensure results in this area are maximised.
**Key Area Responsibilities**:
Run and distribute weekly deal league tables for all negotiators, customer, and client managers
Analysis of statistics to ascertain training requirements
Daily pm meeting observation
Sales pm call out observation
Training of branch staff to improve key KPIs
Evidence and remedial training of applicant registration & management process
Remedial training of under performing staff
Escalation of under performing negotiators/customer & client managers/sales managers regional and then HR
Implementation and oversight of pip processes where improvement not delivered during escalation
Viewing observation
Review viewing feedback notes to check process
Review introduced volumes and call out process
Review initial registration activity reports to ensure maximisation of early appointments & referrals with applicants
Open house process increase open house/block viewings on new instruction launches
Buyer service issues/complaints
Listening to applicant enquiry calls
Evidence/monitor deal set up/booking process
Review SST escalations/rejections daily for process failure issues
Review clients advise escalations daily for process failures relating to sales process
Review central offer team escalations daily for process failure issues
Observation of offer submission
Daily review of portal enquiries not dealt with and time to deal with
Daily review of offer letters not sent
Daily review of active offer pipeline
Daily review of offer agreed pipeline
Daily review of outstanding viewing feedback
Daily review of suspended applicant opportunity
Daily review introduced no viewing
Daily review of instruction/Open Houses %
**Key Personal Responsibilities**:
Liaise with Offer Manager to ensure offers are maximised and escalate issues
Liaise with Regional Directors on branch/individuals performance issues and escalations
Liaise with Regional and Heads of central teams
Liaise with Head of SST daily review of escalation
Liaise with Head of Corporate daily review of offers pending and performance v SLAs
Liaise with FS Account Manager regarding FS conversion from buyers
Liaise with Conveyancing Account manager regarding buyer/seller sign up rate at offer stage
