Operations Integration Co-ordinator

**Job Overview**:
Working on a dedicated account and reporting into the Operations Integration Manager, the Integration Co-ordinator will provide the administrative foundations of the Operations Performance Team targeting delivery of operational excellence by utilisation of data led insights. In particular, the progression of work in progress for reactive and planned work streams within the facilities management environment will be a key function of this role. Liaising with service delivery teams across both internal and external routes of service delivery, this role is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to further a career along the FM route. Working under the guidance of the management team to facilitate the smooth progression of quoted works processes and liaison with both key Mitie and client stakeholders in order to identify areas requiring support, the successful applicant will be required to circulate and review feedback of weekly and monthly report data to the Operations Integration Manager and to ensure that key report data, documents and records are kept updated and centrally available to the management team.
**Main Duties**
- To work as an integral part of a team to drive the contract performance ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations in a timely manner to a ‘best-in-class' standard.
- Ensure all governance processes are adhered to and are documented and accessible via the SMT sharepoint
- To support the Operations Integration Manager in ensuring performance on WIP and PPM SLAs are tracked weekly to achieve targets.
- To track and monitor focus areas of service delivery as directed by the Operations Integration Manager by use of reporting and available data.
- To measure, document and escalate areas of service delivery where perceived service improvement may be found.
- To work under the guidance of the Operations Integration Manager, with the account team in the delivery of change projects and to support the service delivery teams through such periods and projects to ensure standards and targets are continued to be met.
- To escalate risks to Mitie stakeholders in a timely fashion and at the appropriate level
