An opportunity for a Senior Data Planner / Data Strategist with one of London's leading Customer Experience agencies, designing and delivering data-driven contact strategies for major accounts across Retail, Automotive and Health.
Our client have an outstanding reputation in transforming customer engagement and experience through digital channels, working with a who's who client list. The agency is growing rapidly with significant recent new business wins and with more in the pipeline.
This role will be a twelve month contract within the agency's Data Planning function, working as part of a close-knit team in the development of data strategies to enable client marketing objectives, audience development, analytics and customer journey planningacross Paid, Owned and Earned media channels. The role will be working across the client portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Data Strategy across key accounts (Retail / Automotive / Health)
- Develop Data Strategies across Owned (1st Party Data), Earned & Paid Media channels
- Working with Analytics teams to develop actionable insights and customer value
- Lead client contact for Planning and Analytics using Data to develop compelling stories and insights
**Required Skills**:
- Data Planning / Data Strategy background likely gained within a Customer Engagement Agency or Digital Agency
- Strong experience in developing data-driven contact strategies for consumer brands
- Experience briefing and leading analytics teams
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
- Data literate - able to manipulate data to discern insights and trends (google analytics / excel etc)
The client has a hybrid working model with x3 days / week based in the office (Central London)
