Are you an experienced coordinator with transferable skills and an excellent telephone manner? We’re looking for motivated and driven individuals to deliver the highest standard of customer excellence to our dental customers and schedule Engineer diaries with maintenance requests. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding engineering support.
- Providing efficient time and geographical management to the engineer’s scheduling diary
- Raising breakdown cases on our Microsoft CRM system, assigning engineers, and ensuring the customer is updated throughout the process.
- Respond knowledgeably to questions or queries from existing and future customers on our product and service offering.
- Scheduling planned maintenance service work to ensure customer equipment is compliant and following manufacturer’s standards.
- Working to service group KPI targets for revenue, attendance to breakdowns, and communication levels to customers
- Ensuring the customer is provided with all of the documentation and reports following an engineer visit.
