As Head of Digital for Help, Advice and Services, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital help processes which provide people with accessible, appropriate digital services in-house and through third-party providers. This will involve the use of apps, bots, and webinars. You will also identify relevant suppliers, manage contracts, and monitor and review existing suppliers.

**To be successful in this role, you will have experience of**:

- MS Dynamics CRM and products.
- Managing, delivering, and developing digital products/assets for diverse audiences.
- Managing, training and mentoring colleagues.
- Collaborating on projects across teams.

You will also have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of GDPR and digital service standards, and empathy for the aims and values of the Charity.

The Charity supports hybrid working. In the role, you will need to commit to a minimum of two days per week working from our Head Office in Cheam, Surrey. The remainder of the week may be worked from the office or from home, depending on your preference.
