We are busier than ever helping to keep the wheels of industry turning and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Rubix Customer Hub based at the NDC as an Internal Sales person
Who doesn’t love a challenge This opportunity will give you your first step to getting yourself noticed in a fast moving, fast growing, high profile, dynamic business function. We support our customers to ensure they have the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers. As an internal salesperson you will be a pivotal part of the Hub team.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Hub Manager you will effectively build and develop relationships within the significant 2SFG Insite portfolio specifically. The Customer Hub based at the NDC is now responsible for over £35m worth of annual turnover through 2 Sisters Food Group, Muller, Siemens, GE and Baker Hughes. This involves multiple stakeholders and the desire to develop your understanding of all customers is desirable as we are building a multi-talented, multi skilled function team who can work in any of our sub teams if required

What we need:
- Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with colleagues & customers alike
- Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Customer Service experience from a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background
- Good working knowledge of K8 is essential
- Ability to talk confidently to suppliers to ensure we get the best deal
- Answering phones, processing high volumes of orders and responding directly to client request and enquiries
- Keeping track of back orders
- Drafting and mailing end user correspondence
- Supporting the commercial & operational teams
