Gcse English Tutor

**Description**
We are currently recruiting English GCSE teachers and tutors to work with a further education college in Wales to deliver online tuition. The role involves tutoring 1-2-1 and small groups with students. We are looking for tutors with experience of teachingknowledge of the WJEC examination board. As a tutor, you will provide high quality support that is tailored towards the individual needs of learners.
**Requirements**:
To be eligible for this role you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience as a Private Tutor, HLTA, Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor;
- Have a minimum of one year teaching experience (with relevant experience teaching A-Level and/ or GCSE students);
- Have experience teaching or marking for various exam boards/ a willingness to learn new exam specifications for the role;
- Have experience delivering online tuition (we will provide training on how to use our systems);
- Be flexible to tutor in the day and early evening.
You must also:
- Enjoy tutoring;
- Be passionate about enhancing young people's prospects through education;
- Be ambitious on behalf of learners.
