We are Tritility, a growing business energy and water consultancy based in the North East
- working with the UK’s leading energy suppliers, we help organisations to reduce their utility costs and reduce their environmental impact. Founded in 2019, in four years we have grown from a team of two founders to over 100 employees.

**About the role**

As an on-site role, reporting to our Admin Manager, you will support our sales operation to help businesses throughout the UK to take control of their utilities, saving money, saving time, and cutting carbon.

You'll be involved in all areas of the business and will be the first contact for sales agents and suppliers. You will be providing sales support for colleagues, by contacting utility suppliers, and requesting important information. You will take responsibility for completing and updating supplier information within our CRM, liaising with internal/external stakeholders to ensure contracts go live.

Our standard working hours are Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm. Yes, you read that right, no evenings, no weekends and an early finish on a Friday

**About you**
- Proven experience in an administration leadership role.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office products in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Embody our company values and always maintain professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Works well as part of a team and contributes to making the department a stronger, better place to work.

**Your experience**:

- Ability to lead and provide pro-active support to the admin team.
- Highly skilled multitasker; can prioritise own workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work using own initiative within given remit escalating any concerns where required.
- Flexible and pro-active with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally.
- Experience in using all Microsoft Office products in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.

Energy industry experience would be advantageous although not essential.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
