Front of House Supervisor | Monday - Friday

The Salad Project**:£14 per hour**

We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six store operation, expanding across London**.**

**Role | FOH Supervisor**
- 40 - 45 hours per week
- To work under our restaurant managers
- To lead one service a day
- To help manage our team members
- To implement & improve service processes
- To monitor & implement hygiene best practices
- To help maintain our 5* hygiene rating

- Ability to steady the ship and prevent issues before they happen
- Leadership and communication skills
- Positive energy and dedication to the team
- Strong ability to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Ensure service levels are maintained to the standards we expect
- Strong organisational skills
- Respectful and conscious when it comes to punctuality and scheduling

**Experience Requirements | 1 Year**
- Ideally, you will have 1 years’ experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry

**Compensation | £14 per hour**
- 30 days holiday package (including bank holidays)
