Our Client is privately owned, financially stable, and holds ISO standards in Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety.
They are seeking a **Finance Manager** who is self-motivated, well-organized, computer literate, confident and reliable, with a desire to expand their knowledge and develop their skills.
The Role
- The general support of the company’s Managing Director and General Manager.
- The general support to the company’s accountants.
- Allocation of payments and creation of remittance advices.
- Attend regular management meetings, take and produce minutes.
- Creation and submission of Sales Invoices
- Data entry for Sales and Purchase ledger on SAP Business One
- Management of the Business Partner Master Data on SAP, develop a method of gathering up to date information.
- Payment of supplier invoices via Online Banking
- Production of regular reports.
- Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card statements.
- The administration of expenses claims.
- The administration of our field staff work reports and overtime claims, ensuring timesheets are actioned in line with invoicing dates to maximise cashflow.
- Undertaking credit control, including creation of statements.
- Upkeep of the company’s accounts filing system (electronic & paper).
- Experience of HR processes in a small company would be beneficial but not essential.
