How does a **Customer Service Role** with sociable hours and the flexibility of working between home and a modern office based in Birmingham’s vibrant city center sound?
You will be working in the **Facilities Management Team** on the **Service Desk,** answering, and directing incoming calls and supporting the team to ensure all customers receive high quality customer satisfaction and the level of service promised. Working for a **Property Management Company, **you will be** **assisting in the delivery of a range of support to clients and tenants within their commercial portfolio.

Location : Birmingham
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 -5:30pm (potential flexibility)
Salary : £23k-£27k DOE
