Office Assistant and Bookeeper

An ideal entry-level accounts role for someone with all-around administrative support experience, keen to put into practice a book-keeping or accounts qualification (or with a desire to study).
Location: Woking area
Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:15
Working within a close-knit team, alongside assisting the office manager with the general running of the office, you’ll be supporting the company accounts administration with the intention of developing into taking full ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping in the future.
Experience of Sage and Rapport or similar will be required alongside proven expertise in Excel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Raising and editing of sales invoices
- Maintaining trackers for credit cards, invoices, and third-party sales
- Logging of refunds
- Credit card receipt collation and reconciliation
- Sending payment remittances to suppliers
- Issuing monthly client statements
- Ordering stationery and purchasing supplies
- Booking ad hoc travel
- Administrative support for two teams
